Sandra Scheidl is shaking up the Austrian fine dining scene with her innovative concepts and projects, without a restaurant, but with a lot of experience and heart.
After graduating from the HBLW Saalfelden, Sandra worked in well-known top restaurants throughout Europe. These include restaurants such as Maaemo (Oslo, 3 Michelin stars), Restaurant Simon Taxacher (Tyrol, 5 Gault&Millau toques), Kräuterreich by Vitus Winkler (4 Gault&Millau toques) and the Restaurant Story (London, 2 Michelin stars)
One of Sandra's most important successes is her win in one of the most prestigious cooking competitions in the DACH region, the "Junge Wilde" competition from Rolling Pin. As " Junge Wilde 2020 " she was the first woman to win the competition in its 16-year history.
