With Sandra Scheidl - Culinary Arts Sandra combines the craft of cooking with the art of cooking and creates the connection to modern, fine arts - and that without a fixed restaurant.
The centerpiece is our own series of events - from March 2023 in a new, expanded format.Culinary meets Art", where art and cuisine, cooks and artists, art lovers and gourmets come together. On the tour through Austria, always changing locations become gourmet restaurants and exhibition rooms for a short time.
In addition to "Culinary meets Art", Sandra also provides culinary support for special occasions: be it a guest cooking event, company event, as a speaker at events or media appearances.
Culinary Arts
After graduating from the HBLW Sallfelden, Sandra works in various top restaurants in Europe. That includes restaurants like Maaemo (Oslo, 3 Michelin stars),Restaurant Simon Taxacher (Tyrol, 5 toques Gault&Millau),Krätuerreich by Vitus Winkler (4 toques Gault & Millau) and Restaurant Story (London, 2 Michelin stars). Sandra has been working as a freelance chef in Austria since 2021, mixing up the classic image of the top chef.
One of Sandra's most important achievements is winning the most prestigious cooking competition in the DACH area "Junge Wilde" by Rolling Pin. As "Junge Wilde 2020" - she was the first woman to win the competition in the 16-year existence of the competition.
